will be comfortable regardless of whether your life is affected in some way by a
medical condition, disability, impairment, or specific learning difficulty.
Prior to your arrival

- Taxis are available from Southampton Central Station and Southampton Airport (both
15-20 min drive).
- We use several reliable taxi companies, and we will be happy to give you their contact
details.
- Please ask if you require directions to Brunswick Lodge or alternatively they can
be found on our website.
On arrival at Brunswick Lodge
- We have a large car park with ample parking, but no designated disabled area.
- There are three small steps to the main entrance of Brunswick Lodge and a hand rail
to assist entry and exit.
- We are more than happy to help guests with their luggage.
Ground floor area
- The reception area, breakfast room and two of the seven en-suite rooms are situated
on the ground floor and on one level.
Public areas
- Brunswick Lodge is a two storey building with a ground and first floor.
- The first floor can be accessed by two different staircases one of which has a split
level landing.
- All corridors and both staircases are carpeted and there is a sensor operated lighting
system to ensure lighting is provided when required.
- Both staircases from ground floor to first floor have banister rails.
Additional information
- Service dogs (only) are welcome.
- A small refrigerator is available on request for medication.
- Should evacuation of the building be necessary, alarm bells will ring continuously.
Emergency lighting will operate should mains power fail. Exit would be through
the front door using both staircases.
- If you require assistance to evacuate the building, please notify us on your arrival.
